Die Entscheidungen, die wirklich relevant sind, bleiben selten innerhalb einer einzelnen Disziplin. AI-Architektur wird zu Governance. Produktentscheidungen prägen Kommunikation. Strategie formt Systeme lange bevor die eigentliche Umsetzung beginnt.
Ich arbeite mit Organisationen, Marken und Start-ups in komplexen Umfeldern, in denen schnelle Entscheidungen und strategische Tiefe gleichermaßen zählen.
The decisions that truly matter rarely stay inside a single discipline. AI architecture becomes governance. Product decisions shape communication. Strategy forms systems long before execution begins.

Digitale Identitätsinfrastrukturen für die Europäische Union. AI-Architekturen als epistemische Werkzeuge für komplexe Organisationen. Strategische Kommunikation und Narrative für GovTech-Initiativen und Deep-Tech-Start-ups. Wissenssysteme, die organisationale Intelligenz zugänglich und handlungsfähig machen.
Meine Arbeit bewegt sich an der Grenze zwischen dem, was Technologie leisten kann, und dem, was Organisationen bereit sind zu entscheiden. Der gemeinsame Nenner: Fragestellungen, die strukturelles Denken erfordern, lange bevor es um Umsetzung geht.
Parallel zu meiner unabhängigen Beratungstätigkeit leite ich mit Plateau Candy ein strategisches Designstudio in Köln. Das Studio übersetzt komplexe technologische und strategische Fragestellungen in Produkte, Interfaces und Systeme — und bringt damit eine zusätzliche Perspektive ein, die in Umsetzung, Design und technischer Realität verankert ist.

The work operates at the boundary between what technology can do and what organizations are ready to decide. The common thread: problems that require structural thinking before they require execution.
Alongside my independent advisory work, I co-founded Plateau Candy, a strategic design studio based in Cologne. The studio focuses on translating complex technological and strategic questions into products, interfaces, and systems — providing an additional perspective grounded in implementation, design, and technical reality.
